Margarett Parker

A former pastor, a prophet, a Bible teacher, and apostle to Africa, Margarett Parker joins Word Church as an executive member of our Board of Directors, and as an Associate Pastor, with Word Church Ministries, under the title of "Field Pastor".

As field pastor, pastor Margarett plays an active role not only in the governmental operations of our ministry, but as a laison and spiritual leader in our operations with our foreign pastors and their ministries. Pastor Margarett has demonstrated her ability to believe God and step out in areas of foreign missions, with only her "faith" to see it all come to pass. She has also demonstrated strong abilities in apostolic service and leadership that prove beyond the shadow of a doubt her abilities to "trust God" and step out into whatever He has called her to do!

We "want" to align ourselves with folks who are willing to "step out" and "believe God" ... folks who against all odds will "stand up" for what God has called them to do, even when the rest consider that person crazy. Many are the stories in the Bible of prophets of old who were "considered crazy" because they served the Lord God Jehovah in a similar manner. And we think Pastor Margarett is in good company!

Pastor Margarett is both a licensed and an ordained minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ, through this ministry. She has successfully completed her BA in Biblical and Theological Studies, despite unspeakable odds that she overcame during her training. In addition she has completed extensive ministry training and instruction through the Windy Hill School of Ministry, under the direction and leadership of Dr. Michael Brown.

Know that her ministry, and her credibility as a minster of the gospel of Jesus Christ, is welcomed as both a member and an active partner, of this ministry and church. We stand behind whatever it is that God should tell her to do. She has demonstrated, time and time again, her ability to submit to authority, and to actively represent the "heart" of this ministry, in how she deals with spiritual matters and the day-to-day tasks of the ministry. In addition, she has successfully demonstrated her sensitivity to the direction of the Holy Spirit in her actions, and therefore receives our full endorsement.
