Our Ministry Staff

Howdy! I'm pastor Rich, and is my wife, pastor Jane! There has never been a pastor that appreciates and treasures his staff more than this cowboy preacher right here! We have got some of the best folks that God could ever have blessed us with, right here at Word Church!

The Bible says in James 3:1, "Let not many of you become teachers, for as such we will incur a stricter judgement." We do NOT take the calling of God upon this ministry lightly! God has expectations of us, and we have expectations of Him ... together, we serve as His sons and daughters in THE FAMILY of GOD. And just between you and me ... I believe we've got the "best" right here!

We "want" to align ourselves with folks who are willing to "step out" and "believe God" ... folks who against all odds will "stand up" for what God has called them to do, even when the rest consider that person crazy. And these are those kinds of folks! They will "hold out" for what God wants, regardless of how anybody else views them. I thank God for that! It's important!

As you review these folks below, and their pages with descriptions of their titles and ministry duties, please take a moment and thank the Father for them. They are so precious to us! Thank Him, and put them on your prayer list. You know when they accepted these positions, the devil placed a target on their hearts and on their lives, making them prime enemies of his kingdom of darkness. We know, however, that the Bible says in 1 John 4:4, "Greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world." As Oral Roberts used to put it so well, "GOD is greater!"

Know this: that their ministry, and their credibility as a minster of the gospel of Jesus Christ, is welcomed here. We trust these folks. We believe in them, to rightfully fulfilled their duties and responsibilities in this ministry, and to rightly handle the "Word of Truth". We also know, however, that they will make mistakes. Why? Because people just do. And we allow for that! We don't encourage it, but we pray for them. We "believe" in them. And we give them the freedom to "step out and believe God" ... We believed God for them, and we support them. And we ask you to do so as well, with all your heart. Keep them in your prayers ... remember to greet them when you see them, and tell them how much you appreciate them. They are here ... for you!

These folks are my heros! So treat 'em right ...
